Coated Grasshopper Fillet

My project, “HOPPER”, was created assuming that in the future there will be a shortage in familiar protein-rich foods, and replacements will be necessary.

I designed grasshopper fillet snacks which are a great source of protein. The snack comes in three different flavors. In this particular project, I had to tackle the conceptual difficulty of eating insects in western culture.
